Saturated Show Room Floor

A cleaning solutions building got water damage from storm water and the inside show room didn’t look so good. When their customers came over there for a cleaning solution, they saw that they couldn’t even keep their own facility clean. It made the company look bad so we got them a bid and started the job. We re-graded the site to a 5% slope so the water would be able to flow away from the building naturally. We removed a portion of the sidewalk so we would be able to keep the drainpipe as close to the building as possible for more effectiveness. To dry up the floor we excavated to the depth of the building footer. Then drilled weep holes into the foundation to allow water to enter the drainage system. We then repaired the sidewalk, replanted the grass, and cleaned up all the debris.
